Setup Remote Applications

Step1: Frist got to bottom right near the time and look this icon. (it could also be in the area with the ^)

Step2: next right click on the icon and click configure remote apps

Step3: Once the system is running, configure the Remote Apps. After completing the configuration, open the Start menu and select the “All” button to locate the newly configured applications.

Step4: Next look for the folder Chroma Applications (RADC) once you hit the drop down you should see all if not most of your remote applications.

Reset Remote Applications

Step 1: go to the magnifying glass at the bottom

Step 2: Type control Panel and click on control panel

Step 3: You will then see a screen like this. Click on category and then click on large icons.

Step5: Next you will see a screen like this click on remote App and Desktop Connections.

Step6: Next you will see a screen like this click on remove for everything you see on this screen. And click yes if It ask for confirmation.

Step7: After these steps follow the remote app setup steps above and should have your apps again.
