Purpose

If you have any issue with VPN or after a password change VPN does not work here are some steps you can try.

Steps TO Add VPN

Step 1: Go to the bottom right of the home screen on your device and right click this icon.

Step 2: Click on “ChromaVPN Configuration”

Step3: Once the Chromavpn Configuration is done running click the vpn icon and click connect

Step4: once you hit connect this it will prompt you to sign which will be the same login as your username and password for the computer.

You only need the first part your email before the @ as the username and the password is the same as your computer login.

Example: [email protected] would be ptucker as the username

How to Clear Cache from VPN

Step 1: Type VPN in the Search Box. Then Left Click on VPN Settings

Step2: Left Click on the VPN name. In this example it is CHROMA VPN. This will open the following dialog box.

Step3: Left Click on Advanced Options to open this dialog box.

Step4: Left Click the Clear button

After those steps try to connect to the VPN It will prompt for your UserName and Password again
