Step1: Whenever you get a message like this to popup it means that you just received a email outside the company domain.
Step2: Verify if the email is not spam by checking the email address or if it sounds like the following: Too good to be true offers Urgent pressure (“act now” messages) Requests for personal or sensitive info. If the email checks any of those boxes, then report the message at the bottom of the email.
Step3: after you click to report it should take you to a screen like this.
Step4: Make sure you fill out the reason for the report and hit I consent to all the above and click report Spam. After that make sure to delete the email from your inbox.
